I have modified your ftp parachute ale input deck to sale. And it can run through. Share it with you.

In addition, I also found a problem that *boundary_ambient with *ale_structure_multi_material_group->pref=1bar, so in the attachment I  use *ale_multi_material_group with *control_ale->pref=1bar   instead of *ale_structure_multi_material_group .
