Updates to Volume II between December 3, 2025 and March 12, 2026

We describe in the following how Volume II of the DRAFT User's Manual has changed since the last DRAFT manual. We categorize the changes into New and Error Fixes and Clarifications. We exclude typo fixes and prosaic rearrangements from this document.

*MAT_ADD_DAMAGE_GISSMO: Added field TETSF to Card 1.

*MAT_036/*MAT_3-PARAMETER_BARLAT: Changed history variable #2 for the NLP option and removed history variable #3 for the NLP option.

*MAT_063/*MAT_CRUSHABLE_FOAM: Added MODEL = -1.

*MAT_084/*MAT_WINFRITH_CONCRETE: Added LCRATE to Card 7. Added history variables 71 through 78 to the last table in Remark 17. Added Remark 23.

*MAT_133/*MAT_BARLAT_YLD2000: Added history variable #9.

*MAT_187/*MAT_SAMP-1: Added VFAST to Card 5.

*MAT_240/MAT_COHESIVE_MIXED_MODE_ELASTOPLASTIC_RATE: Added additional details to EMOD < 0 and GMOD < 0. Slight reorganization of the remarks with adding the history variables (note that the only new history variable is 25, but 16 and 17 are new for the THERMAL keyword option).

Error Fixes and Clarifications

*MAT_ADD_FATIGUE: Fixed incorrect type for E on Card 2b.

*MAT_034/*MAT_FABRIC: Added last sentence to the end of the first paragraph of Remark 6.

*MAT_036/*MAT_3-PARAMETER_BARLAT: Reorganized the remarks and made the notation in the equations more consistent.

*MAT_078/*MAT_SOIL_CONCRETE: Added clarification to the description of K.

*MAT_125/*MAT_KINEMATIC_HARDENING_TRANSVERSELY_ANISOTROPIC: Fixed errors in the descriptions of SC1 and SC2 and removed the about sc1 and sc2 section since it was unnecessary. Fixed errors in the equations in the Yoshida and Uemori Kinematic Hardening Model section. Removed the revision discussion in A Failure Criterion for Nonlinear Strain Paths section because it has been a while and it should have said before instead of after anyway.

*MAT_179/*MAT_LOW_DENSITY_SYNTHETIC_FOAM: Added last sentence to description of LCID2.

*MAT_181/*MAT_SIMPLIFIED_RUBBER/FOAM: For PR with a value >= 0.49 and < 0.5, removed the not from the last sentence in the description.

*MAT_193/*MAT_DRUCKER_PRAGER: Fixed the equation for the yield function and added an equation for the plastic potential in Remark 4. Added I_1, \psi, and l to list of variables in Remark 4 and fixed description of p in Remark 4. Added history variable 8.

*MAT_196/*MAT_GENERAL_SPRING_DISCRETE_BEAM: Fixed the type of HLCID and FLCID on Card 3.

*MAT_B01/*MAT_SEATBELT: Rewrote the description of CSE and added Remark 6.
