Updates to Volume III between September 10, 2025 and December 3, 2025

We describe in the following how Volume III of the DRAFT User's Manual has changed since the last DRAFT manual. We categorize the changes into New and Error Fixes and Clarifications. We exclude typo fixes and prosaic rearrangements from this document.

*DUALCESE: Added section on the chemically reacting flow solver. Added section on the Ansys Ensight output file. For the first paragraph in the Comparison to CESE section, removed mention of *CHEMISTRY since that is now available.

*DUALCESE_CHEMISTRY_D3PLOT: New keyword.

*DUALCESE_CONTROL_LIMITER: Removed IDLMT since it is not being used. Added more details to Remarks 1 through 3. Added Remark 4.

*DUALCESE_SOLVER_CHEMICALLY_REACTING: New keyword.

*DUALCESE_SOLVER_SELECTION: Added parameters SUBCYC, LCSBCYC, MXSBCYC, TOLFSI, and LCTOLFSI.

*EM_CIRCUIT: Added phase time shift description to T0. Updated Remark 4.

*EM_CIRCUIT_SOURCE: Added phase time shift description to T0. Updated Remark 5.

*EM_CONTROL: Added magnetostatics to description of EMSOL = 1. Added EMSOL = 7, 8, 9, and 16. Changed description of EMSOL = 15 to say RE- instead of RE. Added to description of NUMLS for frequency domain cases, removed the default value, and changed the type to F. Added flags BIOT and EPSOSF. Added Remarks 4 through 8.

*EM_EXTERNAL_FIELD: Added Card 2b. Added FTYPE = 4. Added to description of LCID[X,Y,Z] the FTYPE = 4 case. Clarified in description of FDEF which values of FTYPE are supported for each value of FDEF.

*EM_ISOPOTENTIAL_CONNECT: Added Card 2b. Renamed Card 2 to Card 2a.

*EM_OUTPUT_BINARY: New keyword.

*EM_MAT_001: Removed FREQ and EPS0 from Card 2. Made Card 2 available for EMSOL = 7, 8, and 9. Added Remark 4.

*EM_MAT_002: Updated description MUREL for frequency-based solvers. Added to EOSMU that it is only available for EMSOL = 1. Added to description of EOSIDSF for frequency-based solvers. Added MULOSS and EOSLOSS to Card 2. Added Card 3. Updated first sentence of Remark 3 to specify that it is only for EMSOL = 1. Added Remarks 4 and 5.

*EM_MAT_003: Added to description of LAMBDA EMSOL = 15 and 16.

*EM_MAT_004: Removed FREQ and EPS0 from Card 2. Added last sentence to description of EPSRR/EPSRI.

*EM_SOLVER_FEM: Added STYPE = 3. Added Remark 4.

Error Fixes and Clarifications

*DUALCESE_DARCY_FORCHHEIMER_EQ: Fixed error in the equation in Remark 1.

*EM_CONTROL_EP: Missing from manual.

*ICFD_DATABASE_DRAG: Removed SSOUT because it became obsolete when *ICFD_DATABASE_SSOUT was added.
